# I didn't get the items I was supposed to receive, what now?

Don't worry! It's likely that you've made trades involving trade locked items. To check your reserved items and their respective unlock dates, simply navigate to the user inventory on Swap.gg and click on the [GG icon.](https://help.swap.gg/en/article/how-can-i-withdraw-a-reserved-item-1rvecmi/) Once the trade lock expires for each item, you'll need to manually withdraw them.

If you're certain that you didn't trade for any trade locked items, it's possible that the items you initially selected became unavailable and were traded by another user during the trade process. In such cases, the remaining trade value has been credited to your Swap.gg balance instead.
