# Where's my swap.gg backpack located?

During an exchange, items you receive are first delivered to your **Swap.gg Backpack**, not directly to Steam. You must withdraw them manually.
Follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the **Exchange** page on Swap.gg.
2. Locate the **“Your offer”** section.
3. Directly **below** this box, look for a **small green “GG” icon**.
4. **Click the GG icon** to open your **Swap.gg Backpack**.
5. If your received items are there, simply select them and click **Withdraw** to send them to your Steam inventory.
