Why your items aren’t showing in your inventory?

If your trade on Swap.gg shows as “Completed” but the items you were supposed to receive are not appearing in your Steam inventory, they may be waiting in your Swap.gg Backpack. This is a common situation and easy to resolve.


Check your Swap.gg backpack

During an exchange, items you receive are first delivered to your Swap.gg Backpack, not directly to Steam. You must withdraw them manually.

Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Exchange page on Swap.gg.
  2. Locate the “Your offer” section.
  3. Directly below this box, look for a small green “GG” icon.
  4. Click the GG icon to open your Swap.gg Backpack.
  5. If your received items are there, simply select them and click Withdraw to send them to your Steam inventory.


If your items are not in the nackpack

If you do not see the items in your Swap.gg Backpack:

  • Refresh the page and check again.
  • Confirm that your Steam inventory is set to public.
  • Verify that your Steam Trade URL is correct.
  • Check for Steam delays in trade or inventory updates.
  • Review your Steam trade history to ensure no trade was missed.
